Corporate Health

A Chartered Institute of Personnel Directors (CIPD) survey found that the number of people suffering from mental health problems at work, such as anxiety, stress and depression, has risen from a quarter to a third over the past five years. And yet fewer than one in 10 (8%) of UK organisations have a standalone wellbeing strategy. Many rely on one-off initiatives instead.

Reverse The Trend Foundation offer a number of wellbeing initiatives which encourages employees to be healthy and emotionally resilient – through a new generation of wellness intervention schemes.
